Clocks play an important part in everyone’s life. It helps us to find out the time which it carries. Without a clock, it’s basically impossible to live with. Clocks can be of various types depending on its shape and purpose.
The clocks that hang in the wall are Wall Clocks, whereas those that lie in the table are table clocks. Some clocks are place in inside a car, just besides the steering. These clocks are called Tyre clock and are extremely useful item to have in a car.
Car clocks are an important and a must have tool for a car which helps in providing the passengers the facility to keep a track of time while travelling or racing. These clocks are widely used in mostly any type of car namely family cars, racing cars, passenger cars or sports cars. While driving, you always don’t have to look at your wrist watch to find out the time. Instead, if the car clock is visible before you, then it becomes extremely easy to keep a track of the time at a regular pace.
Car clocks are a very old concept and have in use since 1950s. Previously, clocks used in a car were of mechanical type, which could be mounted on the interior parts of a car like dashboard, steering wheel, rear view mirror etc. These watches used to come in Quartz style. And with the improvement and redefining of new technologies, clocks are modifying their form along with design very frequently. Every day you see a new design and form of clocks used in cars.
Some other type of car clocks that came into lime light after that was of the Analog type, in which time was displayed by the proper positioning of your hand at the dial. The major functioning of these watches comes with displaying of time while you position your hand on the dial. But a major problem these watches face was its lack of visibility in the dark. Also these watches face with improper functioning as well as mechanical problems more frequently.
Then came the Digital ones. These clocks are currently used and are popular choice among car owners. These digital Car clocks not only display type, but also have the option to display date. Another feature that these clocks generally possess is that of setting alarm and reminders. You just need to set the alarm timings and it will buzz at the set time. Along with having an eye on the time of the day you can also see the date and day. These watches have LED display, enabling the user to see time even in dark. Thus, these are some of the car watches which are an important accessory in a car.
